Personality: His personality differs greatly around different people.
--In general: likes pretty much anyone who talks to him, but is awkwardly quiet until they make the first move, loves to make friends if someone opens up to him first, carefree outer attitude (but constantly driven by a serious goal), secretly perves out over guys, curses a lot, loves making up nicknames for others, blunt, somewhat respects authority (but would rather be friends with his vices then work completely under them), makes fun of people he's comfortable with, likes to improve his skills through training, doesn't get angry easily, hard to offend (takes everything in stride), and he loves accessories. He collects that stuff everywhere.
--With friends: he's always laughing. He's a jokester and loves his friends more than anything.
--Around guys he finds attractive: he plays it surprisingly cool. In his head he's perving out but on the outside he acts like one of the guys. He's a complete uke at heart though.
--Around people he's unfamiliar with: he's quiet and closed off. Despite this, he's rather good at making friends as long as they initiate the conversation.

History: An orphan found wandering the streets in Ravel Bolero at age 5, his only possession and only attachment to his past was his flute. The name 'Signet' was carved into the side. No recollection of where he'd come from, he had lived off of scraps thrown to him out of pity. He was taken in by a loving hybrid couple who couldn't have children. They raised him as their own, giving him the name on his flute but letting him adopt their last name, Fletcher. One day a rich woman traveling from Allegro Première offered Signet a large amount of money he couldn't resist for a dangerous assassination task. He was forced to depart with his family because of his manner of work and couldn't risk putting them in danger. After completing his task and receiving the money, he resorted to traveling the world. He traveled to Humoresque City and made a lot of money selling small trinkets and health potions his adoptive mother had taught him to make. At 15, he found he was naturally good at selling and was soon swept into the flow of the black market and the street venders. He made it a habit to send money to his family monthly. He was determined to one day get them out of Ravel Bolero and send them to live a better life in Harmonia where he was sure they would fit in. One day, a man who was browsing his wares advised him to try his luck in Traviata because of the lively atmosphere. There he stumbled across the division of Staccato. He felt an attachment to Staccato because of its quick paced and hardworking atmosphere and the fact that it was the speed division. He had always been quick on his feet. He was only 16 at the time so he spent the next 3 years training. He trained his abilities in attempts to become better at the flute and at singing so that he would be worthy of joining. He had no natural vocal ability whatsoever so he asked around for anyone who could teach him talent that wasn't there. He was directed to a shady town where a man told him that a single mark on his body would have him tremendously powerful. He accepted, paying out the ass to get what he thought he needed. The tattoo that was placed on his tongue did nothing but act as a speaker, amplifying everything he sang. His singing was still horrendous, so in the end the amplified off-pitch songs worked as a weapon in itself. At age 18, while sparring with a hermit who was passing through Traviata, he found he was naturally gifted in wind magic. He edited and reconstructed his flute to match his new skill, giving it the ability to expand when wind was properly distributed in the correct holes. After turning 19, Signet finally worked up the nerve to apply to Staccato.

Other Info: His singing will knock you out. It's painfully bad. He isn't too skilled with the flute either; he uses it as a staff more often than as a instrument.
Also, he's pretty damn gay. He gets uncomfortable if a girl tries to hit on him, but shy if a guy does. He hides his sexuality behind his carefree attitude. He want to find love; someone who he can talk with easily and has a good time with. Someone who he could fight with and make up with because of a simple smile. Someone who will take care of him and hold him and who'll openly hold his hand in public. Altogether, he's looking for a perfect guy.
